Madrid, Spain – The Spanish Financial Regulator, known as the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), has taken action to safeguard investors by issuing warnings about many brokerage firms that operate without sufficient permission. These entities are not registered with the CNMV, thus they cannot provide investment services or participate in activities subject to CNMV oversight.
