Investor Can't Withdraw Money Due to System Upgrading of MGFX

The investor's account information blanked out. And the customer service staff of MGFX replied that it was due to system upgrading, and then canceled the contact who communicated with the staff before by QQ. Now the investor can't withdraw her money.

Ms. Huang deposited on MGFX through a friend on December 17th, and the initial trading was doing smoothly.

Suddenly, she found that the market quotation in her account couldnt be updated on 20th this month, so she consigned a friend who introduce the broker to her to contact the customer service staff.

Initially the staff said that the problem was due to system maintenance which may take a few days.

According to inquiry, MGFX has white-label relation with 13 brokers including: HuiYing, FXCMG, Morhan, TTFX, Wayne, BOFOREX, GGFSG, DEASTFOREX, Magic Markets, Marwill, KOALA, SNSFOREX and GM TRADING. At the same time, the broker has a related broker, Magic Markets.

It is most worth noticing that FXCMG has been exposed twice in articles, Exposure: Investor Didn't Receive 400,000 CNY After Submitting Withdrawal,and Serial 2: FXCMG Was Exposed due to Refusing to Withdraw for Investor Again, released by WikiFX.
